What is Glassifier Treatment?

Glassifier is a needle-free delivery platform using a technology called ALTUM®, which chemically binds an active ingredient to a delivery carrier so it can cross the skin’s outer barrier (the stratum corneum) without needles or bleeding, then release that active ingredient once triggered by a specific biomarker already present in the skin. The first product using this platform is Peptaxel™, which pairs ALTUM® with GHK peptide, an ingredient associated with skin regeneration and repair.

How Does It Work / How Does It Compare to Others?

Glassifier works in four steps. First, the active ingredient is chemically bonded (not just mixed in) to a carrier built to cross your skin's outer barrier. Second, that carrier passes through the barrier without any needle. Third, once it reaches the right layer of skin, a signal already present there triggers the bond to release. Fourth, the active ingredient goes to work exactly where and when it's needed, instead of sitting on the surface waiting to absorb.
